Must have high school diploma or GED
Must be minimum of 18 year old
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Must have a valid drivers license
+ Key Responsibilities
Consistently report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire scheduled work period/shift.
Perform a wide variety of preventative and general maintenance as well as repairs to facilities and equipment to provide a healthy and safe working environment.
Perform other tasks related to maintaining facilities in excellent condition.
Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
Respond to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally through a web-based work order request program.
report to Facility manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
