Full-time position assists with the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources department including training, safety and risk management, recruitment, regulatory compliance, record keeping, compensation and benefits, employee communication and assistance and administration.
2 years or more of human resources experience required; employee training and development experience preferred. Safety administration experience beneficial. High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within HCE. Must have excellent presentation skills and enjoy speaking and presenting in front of groups.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and proficiency in Excel required.
Starting hourly wage $35 - $39, DOE.
