Priority is given to those duties as approved for the licensure as an EFDA / DA. Employee also provides general duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor(s) or Dentist.
Location and Hours of Position PHN Lewistown: 106 Derry Heights Blvd. Yeagertown, PA 17099 The general office hours for this position are Monday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm; Tuesday – Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am -12:30 pm NO WEEKENDS
Compensation Hourly rate is $22. PHN will recognize experience, education and location when determining pay.
