Requirements to includeCOVID Vaccination required; Masters Degree in Social Work; Current PA License; Minimum of two years experience after graduation; Knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
