Back to Category List Job Description Practice Manager - Dental Site (Full Time ) Position Overview The Practice Manager I will be responsible for supervision of our Rochester Dental site and will effectively carry out the Network’s Policies and Procedures while communicating management’s goals and objectives for productivity, morale and safe operation of the site. This person is also responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.
This is a full-time salaried position. Time will be split evenly between Front Office (20 hours) and Practice Manager (20 hours)
Location and Hours of Position PHN Rochester Dental Center: 176 Virginia Ave, Rochester PA 15074 The general office hours for this position are: Monday 8.30am-5.00pm Tuesday 8.30am - 7.00pm Wednesday 8.30am- 500 pm Thursday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm Friday 8.30 am – 12.20 pm NO WEEKENDS
Qualifications •High School Diploma / GED •Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the healthcare / dental field (preferred) •Previous management experience (preferred)
Must have: Technological proficiency Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Possesses a strong work ethic
