Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc., a Kajima company, is a Hawaii-based company with roots dating back to 1902 when Walter Dillingham obtained a contract to dredge a channel into Pearl Harbor.  Since that first dredging project, Hawaiian Dredging has evolved into a leader in the construction industry with projects ranging from the building of residential and military housing, major shopping centers, hotels, resorts, condominiums, office buildings and parking structures to highways, military facilities, industrial projects and renovation and repair work in Hawaii.  Hawaiian Dredging has developed some of the finest construction professionals in Hawaii. We strive to recruit and hire the most qualified individuals for our Construction Engineering Program and our projects.
