Mental Health Clinician - Adult Outpatient Program
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday); 9:00 am - 5:00 pm every day, except Wednesday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Duration: 3-4 months with benefits, depending on program needs

Maria Sardiñas Wellness and Recovery Center is an adult outpatient program which serves individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. It is located in the south region of San Diego County and helps people change their lives for the better!
Job Duties:
Outpatient treatment including
Assessment, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and coordination of other support services
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.)
Licensed, licensed eligible, or registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster unless legally exempt
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pass criminal/background clearance
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience working with a mental health population, especially with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
Bilingual Spanish preferred
