Lead Generation Specialist  (Full Time)
Location: Corporate - Remote

ExpressPoint Technology Services is a dynamic and innovative technology company dedicated to providing depot repair and procurement solutions to OEMs, Service Organizations, and Third Party Logistics organizations. .

ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities.

ExpressPoint Expectations:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
  • Enforces all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hunter role.
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
