Program Specialist 2 - Yakima (Full Time) Select Location: Yakima
Department: Housing & Financial Services
The Program Specialist 2 is responsible for providing clerical support to the Weatherization Program Manager. Under the supervision of the Program Manager the Program Specialist will provide staff support services, data entry, assist with maintaining grant budgets and coding for billings. Will answer phones, make copies, prepare, and distribute mail and will assist with other program administrative support services.

Ensures all data entries are coded to the correct categories.
Code documents according to company procedures; Ensure all coding is done within contract compliance.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Check information for completeness and accuracy. Reconcile, correct, or report discrepancies found in records.
Compile, compute, and record billing, accounting, statistical, and other numerical data for billing and record keeping purposes.
Prepare billing invoices for services rendered or for delivery or shipment of goods.
Prepare travel advance vouchers and reconciliations for the Weatherization team.
Prepare and submit billing packets to fiscal department.
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Input data into WA State database.
Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Code documents according to company procedures.
Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
Other duties as assigned.
Wage: $20.57 per hour
