Supervisor Trainee (Full Time)
Location: Albertville
This position will be to assist the Supervisors lead production teams to meet short and long term goals. Ensure team members comply with safety policies and procedures. They will assist in collecting, monitoring and reporting statistical data and analyze the data during specific time frames. Continue to learn a working knowledge of manufacturing methods, process improvements and problem solving techniques and procedures all while becoming familiar with HACCP, SSOP, GMPs and USDA. Must be bilingual Creole and English speaking.
