Poultry Processing Facility- General Production Job, cleaning, trimming and slicing chicken products for future processing. Removing parts, such as skin and bones from pieces while inspecting meat for defects, bruises or blemishes. Removing them along the way with any excess fat. Processing primal parts into cuts that are delivered to grocery stores and restaurants. While some parts of the process are performed by machines, some of the work will be completed by hand.
