Mid South Baking Company is comprised of two locations; Bryan, Texas and Pelahatchie, Mississippi.  Additionally, Service First Distribution our delivery service is located in both states. 

Mid South is a premiere baker for McDonalds Corporation delivering to more than 1400 McDonald restaurants in over 14 states as well as other customers.  Mid South’s customer base also includes public school systems and other restaurants.
