Great opportunity to work closely with our orthopaedic surgeons for excellent patient outcomes! Full-time position, Monday - Friday. No work on weekends and no work on holidays!
Evaluate and assesses patients for who physical therapy is necessary. Formulate treatment plans and goals for physical therapy patients. Complete all documentation related to patient care activities. Supervise physical therapy care provided by aides, assistants, or students. Participates in educational opportunities for professional growth and development and to meet requirements for credentials.
Required Skills, Education and/or Experience: - Appropriate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program - One year experience as a licensed physical therapist - Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices - Ability to prioritize, work independently, and communicate (orally and written) effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians - Proficiency with Windows based applications |
