Phone Receptionist  (Full Time)
Location: Wichita, KS: West Office (Main Office)

Join our health care team by assisting patients and referring physician offices with scheduling appointments and taking messages electronically. 

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Full-time with benefits, no evening work, no weekend work!

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take messages electronically and process tasks correctly.

• Accurately schedule or reschedule patient appointments and special appointments.

• Initiate patient registration at time appointment is made and send patient information packet and paperwork to all new patients.

• Punctual attendance at all facility inservices, departmental staff meetings and scheduled shifts

• Contribute to a positive work climate and overall team effort of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous previous multi-line phone experience with great customer service skills preferred
  
• Proficiency with Windows based computer applications
