Customer Engagement Rep I  (Full Time)
Location: Lincoln, NE

Typical hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and chats from customers, taking orders, answering questions, working through concerns, troubleshooting issues as well as routing calls.

As a Customer Engagement Representative I, your typical day will involve the following:

Provides superior customer service to our internal and external customers.

Resolves routine customer issues.

Initiates corrective action within scope of responsibility.

Routes complex inquiries to appropriate individuals/ departments

Protects the bank's assets/income and maintains the confidentiality of customer information.0000

Adherence to schedule in a structured work environment

We pride ourselves on being accommodating, but to be successful in this position, you should be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products. One-year previous customer service and/or banking experience is required.
