Available Positions > Job Description Customer Engagement Rep I (Full Time) Typical hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and chats from customers, taking orders, answering questions, working through concerns, troubleshooting issues as well as routing calls. As a Customer Engagement Representative I, your typical day will involve the following: Provides superior customer service to our internal and external customers. Resolves routine customer issues. Initiates corrective action within scope of responsibility. Routes complex inquiries to appropriate individuals/ departments Protects the bank's assets/income and maintains the confidentiality of customer information.0000 Adherence to schedule in a structured work environment This may be a fit for you if: Enjoy preparing and maintaining various records, logs, and reports Enjoy participating in development of department initiatives Like to be in the know of changes in bank policies, procedures, and products Can multitask and easily adapt to digital channels Works effectively with other work groups/individuals Are ready for a challenge and want a career with growth opportunities We pride ourselves on being accommodating, but to be successful in this position, you should be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of products.
