Teller Supervisor - 11th & Cornhusker  (Full Time)
Location: Lincoln, NE

Scheduled hours will vary from the following: Mon through Fri. -7am-6:30pm, Rotating Saturdays - 8am-12:30pm

As a Cornhusker Bank Teller Supervisor, a typical day will involve the following:

Managing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Area Manager including supporting business goals, overseeing training and development, provide guidance and directing activities.  You will provide a full range of banking services to help customers meet their financial goals. Will create and enhance long-term customer relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues or concerns regarding the operations and functionality behind the teller line and among the branch staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, required. Advanced education preferred.

Minimum two years banking experience to include teller and/or new account experience.

2 years supervisor experience including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning and directing work, performance management and problem resolution.

Ability to develop and train staff in operations, customer service, sales, and security and ensure compliance with established bank policies, procedures, and requirements.

Ability to solve a wide variety of practical and customer service problems.

Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
