About the Position NRHA seeks qualified candidates for the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. The position administers human resource policies, programs, and procedures for an assigned division or unit. The position is responsible for developing, recommending, and administering standard employment, compensation, benefit, and training policies, programs, and procedures as well as advising and training staff in policies and practices. NRHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The current pay range for this job is from $45,843 to $79,872. A candidate's compensation offer will be determined by the candidate's work history and skill sets. The benefit package assigned to this position include retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and much more. NRHA offers a total of $3,000 in bonus payments to new hires in this position. A 180-day employment period is required to qualify for the full bonus amount.
