Incorporated in 1973, Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation dba Phoenix is nonprofit business that provides jobs, job placements and other services for people with disabilities.

Through the efforts of our 700 employees, Phoenix manufactures at least 15 percent of the burial flags the government gives to military families at its 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility, along with parachute harnesses for the Army, carrying straps and equipment bags for the TOW missile, and high-quality embroidered products for businesses, churches and other organizations. Phoenix also serves Redstone Arsenal by performing the groundskeeping and janitorial services and supplying administrative support.
