Resident Assistant (Home Care Program) - per diem  (Full Time)
Location: Kennett Square, PA

Kendal~Crosslands Communities, a continuing care retirement community located in Kennett Square, PA has an openings for  Resident Assistants (Certified Nursing Assistant) at our Kendal at Longwood site.  This opportunity is for our new Home Care Program.  Actual work hours vary according to resident needs.  The schedule will include weekends and holidays on a rotating basis as determined by resident request/scheduling.

Essential Function:  Provides Resident with quality care by providing physical, psycho-social and social support within the guidelines of established practice for the Nursing Assistants.

Qualifications & Experience:  Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant program and certification exam.  Maintains State required annual education hours.  At least one year experience in a home care or long term care setting.  Must possess current, valid PA driver’s license in good standing and must be insurable by Kendal~Crosslands Communities insurance.  Must have access to reliable personal vehicle to travel from home to home.
