Registered Dietitian  (Full Time)
Community: Kendal at Lexington

 

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for clinical nutrition oversight for residents under skilled care & long term care at Kendal at Lexington and is available via consult for assisted living, and independent living residents. This position is responsible for safety and sanitation audits of all kitchens. This position supervises the Culinary Staff and provides oversight to all kitchens, dining rooms and Main Kitchen audits.

 

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or related field

Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

License and/or Certifications as mandated by the State of Virginia

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long term care preferred

Experience with EMR Systems

ServSafe Food Safety Certification
