Dietary Aide (PRN) (Full Time)
Collington, A Kendal Affiliate (www.collington.kendal.org) is a premier full-service not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Mitchellville Maryland. Collington offers superior care and service to its residents in 330 independent living homes and apartments, 65 assisted living apartments, and a 44-skilled nursing bed health center. Located on a beautiful 125-acre campus, Collington is known for its peaceful campus featuring native trees, rolling lawns, a six-acre lake, walking trails and exquisite gardens.
The Dietary Aide is responsible for serving appropriate diets as ordered in the healthcare dining rooms and/or tray service. This position will ensure daily Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other daily paperwork are complete. Ensures the cleaning and sanitization of kitchenettes, dining rooms, refrigerators and any other general area used by culinary services staff is complete.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; Prior work experience in a long-term setting preferred.
