We are a team of Clinical Case Managers who provide supervised visitation to babies placed in DCYF foster care and their parents. Our staff is trained in evidence-based approaches that promote bonding and attachment. We coach sessions between parents and children using a strength-based, client-centered approach. We are a small, diverse team that is passionate about reunification and family preservation. Each Clinical Case Manager manages a small caseload and conducts center-based visits on a weekly basis. Once the family begins the reunification process, visits move to the parent’s home. We provide post-reunification support through home-visiting and case management.
