Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Team Leader for our ACT Team. This position shares in a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary team that includes case managers, specialists, nurses and clinicians. Co-Leads in the development of comprehensive health service plans, participates in the daily organizational and treatment /service planning meetings, and monitors client responses to health management and prevention activities. ACT Peer Specialist (Full Time)

A Peer Specialist for our Assertive Community Treatment Team(ACT) is needed to provide a bridge between providers and adults with serious mental illness. The ACT Team is conducting a search for a full time Vocational Specialist to begin immediately. The treatment needs of these individuals are often complex, and they require more intensive support than traditional outpatient mental health or psychiatric rehabilitation services. We are looking for candidates that have 2-3 years solid community based experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, demonstrate leadership capabilities, excellent oral and written communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving a population with complex bio-psychosocial needs. You must also have training and experience with providing supervision, case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling, consultation, substance abuse treatment, health education and other supportive services.
On team ACT, Team Leaders are responsible for a variety of tasks, including · Provide clinical oversight in evaluating client’s safety and clinical needs on an ongoing basis · Provide training to supervisees in regards to their responsibilities and tasks, documentation requirements, and program policies and procedures · Oversee ACT program operation service targets are met, health and wellness activities are implemented, and care coordination is facilitated · Lead daily team meeting to organize day’s activities

BH Link Driver (Full Time) The BH Link is searching for enthusiastic professionals who are looking to make a positive impact in the Rhode Island community! The BH Link is a 24/7 triage facility providing assessment and referral services for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises. The role of the BH Link Driver is to facilitate streamlined transportation to clients being referred to and from the BH Link facility. Program Drivers are trained to support clients in their transition to and from the program and to coordinate with the rest of the BH Link team throughout a client’s triage visit. A full-time Substance Abuse Counselor is needed to staff our 16-bed residential unit in Pawtucket, R.I. This is a 90-day men's residential substance abuse treatment program that will work closely with the courts, probation and parole officers and other treatment providers to coordinate continuity of care. This program will also provide basic living skills, relapse prevention and daily psycho-educational groups. Case management duties include: providing assessment, individual, group and family treatment services, and completing necessary documentation in a timely manner specific to funding, licensing, and program standards. BH Link is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic multidisciplinary clinical team. BH Link is a 24/7 behavioral health crisis and triage center which provides individuals who are 18 and older with an array of services which include crisis assessments, referrals to additional resources, and coordination of care with outside providers.
