Senture is seeking a motivated New Hire Engagement Coordinator to plan and execute engagement activities and communication for all new hire employees. This position will be a part of the Human Resources team and work closely with recruiting and training departments. 

 

This position plays a critical role in setting up new hire employees for success with Senture. They are responsible for leading engagement activities with new hires and creating an atmosphere that directly reflects Senture’s commitments and values. This role will ensure that key metrics related to orientation and class show rates are not just met but exceeded.

 

This position is in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.  You must be resilient and willing to quickly change gears if needed by the client. This position will have high visibility, as metrics and show rates are reported daily to executive and senior leadership. Job responsibilities include the following:

 

-Engages and communicates clearly and effectively through various methods with new hires to ensure smooth first day of employment

-Creates a positive employee experience for new hires through post-offer stage to day one of employment

-Identifies, plans, and executes engagement activities for all new hire classes ensuring show rates are exceeded

-Supports recruiting and training departments as needed for equipment pick up, orientation, and other onboarding activities

-Report and provide daily/weekly people metrics related to orientation classes and show rates

-Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the new hire experience

-Other duties as assigned.

This position will be responsible for working with our virtual/untethered agents and assist with KY/TX if needed.

 

Requirements:

-Current Senture employee highly preferred

-High school diploma or GED. 

-Two years or professional, related experience. Knowledge of recruiting, facilitating courses, and call center industry highly desired.

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

-Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Word and basic computer skills.

-Ability to develop and foster relationships with new hires.

-Team player and flexible and adaptable to rapid change

 

-Willing to work after-hours and weekends when needed to meet client needs

-Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment testing, drug screening, and background investigation

-Some travel may be required.
