Set up the web site with the company description, company logos, and the active job postings. Applicants will now be able to access the company's postings and apply for jobs. To apply for a job click on the "Apply for this Job" link listed under the job posting description.
After the applicant hits the "Submit" button, the application is sent to a designated POP3 email and all applicant data including attached resume are stored and processed into Abra Suite® via iRecruit's® WebApp processing client.
Once the information has been downloaded and processed it can be viewed in the Abra Suite® Recruiting Solution™. Additional information is added automatically to a predefined set of data elements that can be added to the Recruiting modules custom panels. Users can use any or all of these additional fields as they choose.
