iRequisition automatically attaches the applicant to the applicable requisition specified in Abra Recruiting. This module allows applicants to be placed into the workflow of the Recruiting module without someone from HR having to preview the application and assign it to a requisition.
They become active applicants for the requisition specified and will receive whatever letters and/or other attention that you normally accord new applicants. This assists HR professionals with reacting quickly to applicants and their applications and communicating with them in a timely manner.
