With iDistribute the system will automatically forward (“distribute”) the applicant data and resumes to as many as six hiring managers.
Once the Applicant has been assigned a requisition, the system then looks at the managers who are responsible for that requisition and forwards all of the applicant information to them. This completes the loop and automates the entire front end recruiting process.
