We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill the position of Family Service Care Coordinator on our Wraparound team which is part of the Northern Region Family Care Community Partnership (FCCP). The Family Service Care Coordinator will work with a variety of families with children and youth who are at risk of abuse and neglect, who have serious emotional disturbance and/or who have juvenile correction involvement. The FSCC will serve as a wraparound facilitator and will assist families with obtaining the necessary supports to ameliorate risk factors. Skill in collaborating with school personnel is essential for this position as many clients will be referred by the Positive Educational Partnership. This position requires flexibility, a willingness to work in a variety of settings and the ability to be team member. Spanish speaking individuals are encouraged to apply. Wraparound training will be provided. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or similar field is preferred, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
